Great but faulty
The app is great to use and easier to navigate than the old website. However I do have one complaint, that being the app sometimes allows you to book journeys that other passengers have already got who aren’t within sharing distance, meaning the original passenger has to wait, which can be frustrating and with cold temperatures in winter, sometimes risky.
