I love this app. I use it every day. It’s a shame that the alarm feature stopped working a few years ago. But since sidereal time only changes four-minutes a day, it’s easy to kind of remember. I would happily pay the $4.99 again to get the alarms working.
Alarm Doesn’t Work
First off, this app is a great idea. I love the ability to track and plan around optimum sidereal times. I just wish the alarm feature would work. I wake up to find the notification in there on my screen, but no noise or notification to my watch, even though I’ve allowed them to come through my sleep focus settings.
Also, it would be great if the “Contact Us” function didn’t require me to setup the canned email client on my iPhone in order to email the developer. I don’t want to do that and since there was no way to get the email address that I could find, I’m forced to leave a review in the hope that the developer reads my concerns here.
It might sound like I’m unhappy with this app. Far from it. These are just areas of improvement I see. Thank you!

Gotta have this app , so modern
Remember the old days, before the internet, before cell phones, when time was synchronized with the WWV radio. And sidereal time was calculated with your HP calculator? The one with RPN (Reverse Polish Notation). Gone with the wind. Now it’s easier than falling off a log.
Pro Purchase problems
Purchased pro version. Had to reset phone. App has an option to restore pro purchase I’d already paid if the app needs to be reinstalled on a device. It did not work.

I’m trying to figure out what this app does? It’s unclear in the notes and quite honestly I think that you could price this app at a more affordable price with a better description of the advantages of 13:30 time. Just saying.

One of the most annoying things developers do is program a pop up to incessantly ask you to write a review while you are trying out an app. Canceling the request on this app ensures it will pop up again in a minute or two. I have no idea how well this app works because it won’t leave me one until I review it. And this is after I paid for the upgrade to get local times. Hope this helps.

Great app! Pretty simple and straightforward. I have the app set to send me a notification 15 before 13:30 sidereal time everyday. Both the wife and I have had awesome experiences when meditating during 13:30 LST. 🙏🏼
Wonder about the accuracy and security of this app.
For weeks now there’s a bug that causing a red flag which hasn’t been fixed yet. They don’t seem bothered to quickly fix it. Considering I am using a paid version, I would say it’s a total waste of money.

It says I have a notification but I can’t find it, other words I don’t have any notifications from the app that I can see just the number 1 at the app

Question about DST
Since the current (spring/summer) clock time in most of the US is fake daylight savings time, do we need to add an hour to the app’s stated local sidereal time when we are in fake DST? Then use the stated LST time as true sidereal time when we are returned to standard time in fall/winter? The app doesn’t automatically correct for daylight savings time according to our individual location?
