Не работают: приложение и тех. поддержка

Пытаюсь зайти в приложение и зарезервировать место. В итоге зайти не возможно, так как код пароль не приходит на телефон. А раз не приходит, то и зайти никак. Пишу в поддержку уже две недели, везде тишина. Ауууу поддержка? Что у вас там происходит??? Что за игнор мастеров?

Пыталась ввести расписания рабочих мест - но они не сохраняются. Пыталась написать «обращение в поддержку» через приложение - но там тоже никто не реагирует.
