Bad app. Whoever did the coding and software for this app, either intentionally wants to make things difficult for people or is just oblivious as to how to make things easy ‘ quality of life ‘ updates and improvements need to be added asap. Just delete the app and start again
Crashes all the time, super buggy, everything so be on one screen, there’s no reason to have to flip through screens when you’re on the road.

Please move the “Done” button to the bottom for easier one-hand use
Hi team, I’d like to suggest a small UI improvement for the delivery screen to make it easier to use with one hand.
When completing a delivery, could you move the “Done” button to the bottom of the screen (within thumb reach) instead of the top-right corner? Right now it often requires using a second hand or stretching the thumb across the screen, which slows things down and becomes frustrating when doing 200+ deliveries per day.
Also, since the Gallery button is needed, a better layout could be:
• Gallery → top left (still accessible, but not in the prime thumb zone)
• Cancel → bottom left
• Done → bottom right (fastest and easiest to tap repeatedly)
This would keep all key actions available while making the most-used action (Done) much more practical for drivers.

Constantly Crashing
Using this for a commercial delivery business has its advantages. However the lack of functionality to save settings is entirely frustrating. This app costs time when it crashes. It will not remember a drivers navigation app preferences after a log out or application crash.
What’s more so is that it seems to crash just after taking image’s. Imagine taking the time to take 10 nice images to demonstrate delivery all to climb back into a truck to have it crash and lose the data. Climb back out login set preference and start again taking your pictures. There goes more time.
App has great potential but struggles with basics at this point.

Current issue
Used this app for 4 years, had issues but has been quicked to be fixed

Update killed the app
After forcing me to update the app. All it does is delete my route and make me close and reopen. Probably time for another update for the 4th time this month.
