Location History: Dawarich

Your journeys, photos and favourite places, together on the map. • Meet Dawarich for Apple Watch. Start or stop recording on your paired iPhone and check tracking status from your wrist. Cloud and self-hosted Pro subscribers can also see daily distance, recorded points and seven-day history, with watch-face complications. • Turn on the Photos map layer to see pictures where you took them. Browse your phone library with photo permission, or photos from Immich and PhotoPrism through a compatible, configured Dawarich server. Viewing phone photos does not upload them. • Add a visit from the map: choose a location, name the place and set your arrival and departure times. Visits save on your phone while offline and upload when your connected server is reachable. • Enable Hexagons in map layers to see the areas covered by your selected journeys. • Optional automatic photo-location import adds GPS coordinates from newly taken photos. Enable it in Photo locations with full photo access and Cloud or self-hosted Pro. Photo files stay on your phone; location data follows your upload settings. Background processing depends on iOS. • Enjoy improved layouts on both iPhone Duo displays and browse earlier years in the map calendar. Lite plans retain their one-year history limit. • See tracking status in Daily and Insights widgets, and send feedback with optional screenshots directly from Settings. This update also improves widget updates, map visit loading and recovery from stalled server connections.
