We’re sorry for the confusion. Tracking a loved one’s location is simple: invite them through the app, and once they accept and enable location sharing, you’ll be able to view their live location. For a refund, please submit a refund request through the app store where you made the purchase. Our support team is also happy to guide you through the setup.
