LocationInfo is a tool for outdoor enthusiasts, ham radio operators, and anyone who needs precise location data and solar/sky conditions. It gives you detailed location info and solar activity in one simple interface, with sun and moon times and sensor data, all computed on your device. Nothing is sent to servers; no data is stored, analyzed, or shared. No ads. Precise location: Latitude and longitude (decimal degrees and DMS) Maidenhead locator (8-character, including extended square) UTM coordinates (zone, easting, northing) MGRS coordinates Altitude, speed, and air pressure (from the device barometer) Compass heading and heading accuracy Big Info Large, easy-to-read display of main location data: Speed in multiple units (km/h, mph, knots, m/s, etc.) Altitude change rate and angle of travel (from weighted history; angle shown only when climb/descent ≥ 0.5 m/s) Sensors (device motion) G force and total acceleration (orientation-independent) Motion speed (m/s) from integrated acceleration Smoothed user acceleration and gyro (X, Y, Z) Battery Battery level and charging state Sun and moon: Sunrise and sunset, civil twilight Golden hour and blue hour Moonrise and moonset Solar weather (if applicable) Real-time solar data, X-ray flux, K-index and A-index, sunspot numbers, solar wind, aurora activity, SNR estimates, and color-coded indicators for disruptive conditions.
