Needed motivation
Finally returning to strength training after several years absence. This app works great for my mindset and makes for a fun competitiveness with my buddy.

I absolutely love this goal-setting app! It's super user-friendly and incredibly easy to navigate. One of my favorite things is that there aren't ads constantly popping up trying to push paid features like so many other apps do. That alone makes such a difference.
I also love that you can type in your own custom goals. A lot of apps I've tried don't give you that option, which always felt limiting. This app makes it feel personal and tailored to what you actually want to accomplish.
My favorite feature is being able to put money toward your goals to hold yourself accountable. It honestly makes it fun and gives you that extra push to follow through. It helped pull me out of a motivation slump and actually stay consistent.
It's easy to add friends for accountability, and the Apple Health connection is a huge bonus. This app is a must-have alongside fitness plans, meal planning, or even budgeting. Highly recommend!

Motivation made fun
I never stick to goal setting but with money involved I actually follow through. This app has helped me drink more water and prioritize my health. I only wish this app was around years ago to kick my butt into gear.
