Premium pass paywall
App has a paywall that forces you to buy a premium pass. So I bought it and the paywall is still there so I can no longer select photos or video to put in my locker
Premium features not working
I’ve just purchased the lifetime version of this app but when trying to upload, still get the message to go premium. So annoying and there’s no one to contact or website details!!!!
Lifetime License Glitch
I bought a lifetime license for this app a few years back, but lately, it’s asking me to pay for a subscription renewal. Can you guys fix this?
Lifetime license is a lie
I bought a $9.99 license years ago and now they won’t let me access my features unless I buy a subscription. My lifetime license is meaningless now. I’m gonna export and choose a new app that isn’t scamming their customers with bogus lifetime licenses. I’ll be filing a complaint with Apple as well.
Beware of this merchant
The app worked pretty decent at first so I bought lifetime sub. Now when I try to add anything it asks for subscription and never restores my purchase. The merchants web site is gone and no answer via email. They no longer exist. No support. Just a broken app. What a scam!!
Subscription Not Working
I have been using this app for some time. I just added an annual subscription for $19.99 and a lifetime subscription for $9.99. Every time I try to add files, it takes me back to the subscription page. This needs to be fixed.
Lifetime purchase is a scam
I paid for a lifetime subscription in 2021. I deleted the app a few months ago and I downloaded it back and I tried to restore purchase but it keeps saying restore purchase not found. Why have I paid for a lifetime subscription and I still get no restore purchase?
Very Slow Transfer Speed
I don’t like how slow it is to transfer files, even a single photo! Waste of time!

Can’t upload photos!
It keeps asking for my password after i do Face ID for my photos but then photos resets and i need to do Face ID again but then again it asks for a password and it keeps going.

I’ll re rate the app when offer is fulfilled - could be a 5* app if offer stands!
It looks pretty good but for the missing offers that are listed in your list of IAPs as well as in App Ravern who do an excellent job of telling us what’s on offer etc. I’m adding a couple of screenshots so you can clearly see what I saw & fell for - once downloaded only the costlier plans were available so that’s your 5* review out the window for now. Restoring what’s advertised will fix that tho as the app looks pretty good tho obviously have not tested it fully for fear of being charged. Fix the lists or honour your offers!

Backups Don’t Work
The app claims to backup data into iCloud but it does not work. Be sure to export periodically but that stores the data unencrypted.
Great App, Does What It Says
Had this app for a long time, used it with minimal hitches along the way.
Would love to see more organization options, like being able to create sub folders for photos and files.

Won’t migrate to new device
Support Link doesn’t work, cannot reset pin, no way to access when downloaded to a new phone. Worked fine on my old phone but migration capability to a new phone is severely lacking
