LockPact: Screen Time Pact
Your partner holds the key.
About
This app pairs you with a trusted partner for mutual screen time accountability. You both select apps to lock on your own devices, and only your partner can approve unlocking them. It's designed to help users reduce phone usage through shared responsibility.
What's New in LockPact
1.1
July 8, 2026
This update is about one thing: the app keeping its word. • Timed locks now end on time — even with the app closed. No more reopening LockPact to get your apps back. • Pauses lock back up right on schedule, and fixed some double notifications • Pacts are steadier — locks apply and lift cleanly on both devices. • Squashed a notification that blamed your partner for "removing" a lock that had simply finished. They didn't do it. We know. • Reliability fixes with shields removing after a completed self-lock or solo lock. LockPact now requires iOS 18.
