LockSign creates a verifiable electronic signature that is unique to each document, signature, and signing. HOW LOCKSIGN WORKS We combine info into a QR code that’s part of each electronic signature. This means the final signature is different for each signing and can’t be copied or forged. Each signing starts with an original signature, thus beginning our algorithmic encryption process. IS LOCKSIGN SAFE Our signature verification system recognizes any invalid signatures or document mismatches. All the info that creates a LockSign signature is encrypted. WHAT KINDS OF FORMATS CAN I SIGN? All document types are supported: PDFs, docs, spreadsheets, photos, files, camera scans — you name it. All documents are converted to PDF during the signing process. DO RECIPIENTS NEED A LOCKSIGN ACCOUNT? No. You can send documents to anyone. DOES LOCKSIGN STORE MY DOCUMENTS? Documents are only briefly stored during the process of verifying LockSign signatures. DOES LOCKSIGN HAVE ACCESS TO MY DOCUMENTS? No. We don’t have access to documents submitted or sent via our platform. DOES LOCKSIGN HAVE ACCESS TO MY BIOMETRIC INFORMATION?
