アカウント削除＋αの実装希望

長年愛用させて頂いています。

　タイトル通りアカウントの削除が出来無いと思いますので、実装をお願いします。
　年月の経過と共に、登録解除、サービス終了のアカウントが増えて来た事と、誤って二重登録した一方を削除したいのです。

　もう一つは、バックアップファイルの選択暗号化です。
zipの暗号化で良いと思いますが、ではその暗号化解除パスをどう管理するのかと言う問題が悩ましい。
　暗号化する／し無いを設ける理由は、他機種へのコピー等には直ぐ使用して削除するので、暗号化し無い。
長期間保存の文字通りバックアップには、暗号化使用と使い分けを想定。
　此方は解除パス管理方式次第で、多大な労力を要する事に成りかねないので、此のアプリに対する情熱が未だ有ればと言う事で。
