Like the service, hate the app
Like the service, hate the app. It keeps forcing me to download the updated version before using. Sure I don’t mind when I have all the time I need, but not really when I’m in a rush, especially since I use it to commute as part of my work journey. And they update the app so often, it becomes annoying really quickly.

My ride tokens disappeared after updating

Beware of your payments, l used Mastercard ,l notice my statements showing l paid for this app again ,which l didn’t want to ,and l didn’t know it was a autopay also their helpline is not good ,they tell tell u to contact customers service which is so annoying .very upset with this
Scam
Despite the reviews I tried to use it. You have to first purchase a ride so paid 20 Hong Kong dollars scanned the bike only to find it’s parked in an illegal place and it will charge me to leave it there!? What kind of company is this. I don’t know if I cancelled the ride or not because it was in Chinese but either way they say they don’t give refunds on your purchase. If you’re thinking of doing it save urself £2 and walk for free. What scammers!!!!!

I use it only bc there is no other option in Hong Kong
The system is slow and get errors often causing you not able to use it for 24 hour…it causes lots of inconvenience for everyday use

Despite being a simple app to ride a bike there is little support in English. When can we expect to have a fully translated version to English?
It’s getting worse
1. Too frequent force update, what’s the point? Extremely Inconvenient for user when they are ready to use.
2. 點解可以成日都你壞車？又唔回收？一兩部都make sense, 你個area 得6 部可以同我5 部都壞，個app 又唔update 呢個info, 想點？

Scam
After a few days of using it in taipo it stopped working from the app, I’ve locked the bike and they were still counting I paid around $200 the time they took 7 hrs almost 8 hrs worth of my money and when I redownloaded the app. The app says incorrect number. This is such a crazy app.

Note to biker - this bike has limited return area, u might need to ride the bike back
Note to biker - before u give money to this company, u might wanna know that this bike has limited return area, u might need to ride the bike back to where or belong to, so if u were thing u can take a short ride home, think twice. (Bought a $200 package to realise no it cant be returned)
Unsafe
The first bike I ever rented from LOCO BIKE, the brakes were not working. This felt extremely unsafe having to ride from University Station to Ma On Shan which involved some elevation change going through high traffic areas.
First time user
Language interface was not great. Even though I set it to English many screens were still in Chinese and I had to guess how to get through. The bike I got was relatively new and easy to ride. I would definitely use again.
Unfriendly to tourists
1. Many pages do not have English version. 2. Does not support PayPal. 3. Does not support UnionPay cards issued in China mainland and Macao. 4. Does not have the option to pay for single trip. Subscription can not be refunded. 5. Users have to purchase their own bicycle lights if they wish to ride at night.
