Why no Face ID login?
Update a few days ago removed the FaceID login. Now the app logs me out constantly and needs me to manually type in my login before being able to clock in or out. Frustrating waste of time.
Can’t log out
What exactly is the issue? Why won’t the clock stop running? It’s not allowing me to log out. It’s been well over 30 days. Update where? You’re able to put in a monthly report but still no payments on the scheduled days? This isn’t like the company at all.
Not Punching Out!
This app time clock been running on my account since the 5th and now it’s 299:20:11 on the clock. Lodestar haven’t allowed me to clock out since that day, it’s giving me a error message. Lodestar had an update and when I updated the app, it put 2 lodestar apps on my phone. One app I can log into and the other one wasn’t even recognizing my login information. So, I deleted both apps and now I can’t log back in at all. Something that was so easy, is now not working for me, if you can fix this app glitch issues I will redownload it.

Typically Reliable
Currently a bug where the screen is gray and it does not allow me to log out.
Not recommended
Can't log out. Should not have been handled in-house. I get the impression the support person is not the developer.
App Crashing/White Screen
App has a blank or white screen currently. Doesn’t load into app. Must fix bug.
