Worst app ever
This is one of the least user friendly services I’ve ever used you get transferred agent to agent for no apparent reason, your always confused and hoping you actually have a booking . Bookings often end up being the wrong rooms if you lucky enough to have rooms at all . And lucky enough the rooms cost 30-40% more than any other site you look at .

Garbage
I can book hotels faster and with less hassle, poor communication, take a long time to get confirmation, app doesn’t work, Lodgelink doesn’t fix it, they tell me to use the online version instead, do not recommend, my company is discontinuing using Lodgelink services.
Terrible
My company just started using LodgeLink. It is a pain when you are in a different place every night. They also send you to hotels that are on the verge of being condemned. I would stay away from using this system.
