Was given a 1 month package deal as a Christmas gift from my family. Never use or seen the app before. Went through what’s app to make initial contact with a CSR and was left on read for more than half an hour. When I started to ask questions as one would going into a diet, app or website for the first time… Naturally you the individual are going to have a few questions. Did not expect to be met with what appeared to be a person with no people skills. If it’s a bilingual app you’d expect to be able to have or hold at least a conversation about what you are getting into and how to navigate it. The app dose have a few bugs. The screen froze up on me, the menu list was stuck in a loop. Had to uninstall and reinstall it. When I made my concerns with the CSR it was getting frustrating because of the lack of communication skills. It was met with kind of an annoyed customer service rep. ((( If you are a first time customer for this company please note the first two days are chosen by the system. You can not change anything on those days. The ability to choose an actual meal for dinner or a snack depending on your package… you will be eating a bowl of hummus as an actual meal for dinner.))) “Hopefully some of these issues can be addressed and resolved in the near future.” Upon issues being addressed my review will be updated and changed to suit what has taken place.
