About
The dawn sky over the kite festival isn't one wind — it's a stack of them.
Loftline paints every stripe of sky as its own wind band, chevrons showing which way it blows and how hard. Let go and your paper kite rises, carried sideways by whatever band it's riding. Touch and hold and the line pulls taut: the kite stops drifting, eases back toward your hands, and dips — your only tool for slipping under a crow or waiting out a squall.
• One finger, two states: release to rise and drift, hold to brace and dive
• Every band is different — gentle breezes near the field, howling crosswinds and dark squall bands up high
• Crows patrol the bands, dead kites hang snagged where their flyers lost them, and lightning crackles in the squalls
• Drift too far and the festival's pennant lines at the edges will snag you
• Catch loose ribbons for bonus height — your lifetime ribbon count keeps growing across flights
• Altitude is your score; every flight ends with a number worth beating
• Instant relaunches, best-height chase
• Fully offline, nothing collected
Read the stripes. Work the line. See how high the sky goes.
