Can’t use it b/c CC form freezes
I order my drink, but I can’t complete the check out process because the app freezes on the address form for my credit card.
Terrible
Terrible - at the bottom of the screen shows Choose Location but you can’t click on it because it’s too low. Nothing worked. Can’t shrink or scroll to it.
Needs work
Placed an order and no confirmation email or any order summary telling me time to pick up. Just lists what I ordered and offers “reorder” option.
Contactless payment but long waits
Not very useful for the Encinitas location. If you order a cold brew 30 minutes ahead of time, you still have to wait in line to check in and then wait for them to start working on the order

I’m so glad we can order online and pick up during the corona quarantine. The app can be a little more user friendly but we’re getting there!
Would love if worked
Constantly freezes. I’ve tried multiple times and only had it work once. Was great experience when it worked though still clunky. Please build a functional app!! Love your cafes and want to support you but so frustrating this app.
Great When it Works
This app is great when I am able to use it. Unfortunately, I think they don’t have the hours updated for at least their little italy location. A good majority of the times I try to order through the app it tells me this location is closed, even though I can see that it is open and Google/the Lofty website says it is open.
