App crashes and errors:

Update: since my previous review they took into consideration everything I said and now the app is working perfectly once again, thank you so much for fixing it, keep up the good work 👍🏻

Previous review:
I’ve been using this app since 2021 and always thought it was excellent. The previous version never gave me any issues, but since the new interface update, the app has been full of bugs.

So far, I’ve found several issues that didn’t exist before. For example, when adding a pilot’s information, if I type the name and switch apps (without closing Log ATP 2) to look up for the pilots name and ID on my companies app, when I return to Log ATP 2 the input window has closed and I have to start over.

The same happens while adding a flight. If I switch apps to check information such as flight distance, cargo weight, or passenger count, when I come back the app has closed the editing window and I lose my progress. The only workaround is saving first, switching apps, then reopening and editing the flight again. The previous version never behaved like this.

Another issue is in the distance, cargo, and passenger fields. They always start with a “0”, and the cursor stays to the left side of it, making it impossible to delete or replace properly. For example, if the flight distance is 5002 NM, I can only type before the zero already there, and it ends up saved incorrectly as 5000 NM. The same problem happens with passengers and cargo weight.

There’s also a bug where editing a flight that is still marked as “In Progress” causes the app to completely crash after pressing Save.

The new interface looks good overall, but I think there are too many colors, making the app feel a bit childish and less professional. Especially in the flight times section, where there are many different colors being used unnecessarily. Crew member data also doesn’t need a different color for every pilot. A simpler color scheme using mainly blue, black, and maybe one highlight color would look much cleaner and more professional.

I hope these issues can be fixed in future updates. Please take this as constructive feedback. Best regards.

App crashes and errors:

I’ve been using this app since 2021 and always thought it was excellent. The previous version never gave me any issues, but since the new interface update, the app has been full of bugs, and I no longer fully trust that my flight times and data are being saved correctly. On my last two flights, the app deleted the landing and block-in times, and I only noticed four days later when I opened the app to save a new flight.

So far, I’ve found several issues that didn’t exist before. For example, when adding a pilot’s information, if I type the name and switch apps (without closing Log ATP 2) to look up the pilot ID, when I return the input window has closed and I have to start over.
