Bought the app years ago, worthless to me now
I am NOT at all pleased at the fact that I paid for this app years ago under the impression that I would actually get to use it. I used to read the app daily. Now you have to subscribe to an overpriced monthly fee, so the app that I. PAID for is now worthless to me. People who purchased the app before fees were charged should be grandfathered in. I never would've wasted my money if I had known the app would be worthless to me down the road. 😡

Good while it lasted
Used this app daily until it stopped having content. I still get weather alerts but there's no news. I guess they're charging for it now or something.

App Hasn't Worked In Ages
I've been trying to open this app every-so-often ever since TWO updates ago, to NO avail...! Your website is ALMOST as bad.
I actually like this new version of the app a lot more
I actually like this version of the Log Cabin Democrat App WAY better than the previous version. While it would be nice to have the entire article within the app rather than clicking through to the mobile site, that's not too terrible. I like that I'm able to access all the features I read every day (Obits, Classifieds, Booked) in one place in a clean-interface, unlike the Log Cabin's mobile site, which just displayed headlines.
And re: the other reviewer: none of the TV app's have that content^^ They just have weather and traffic.

A waste of space
Honestly this app is probably the most useless news app on my phone. Almost all of the sections are blank. The local news only gives you a couple of paragraphs, then you have to click the link to go to the mobile version of the paper. Don't bother downloading it. You'll get more local news from the local tv station apps.

Bad App
This app is a joke. Not even worth the .99. Don't waste your money or time.
Disappointing
- no way to comment on stories.
- no way to share stories (via email, Facebook, twitter, text, etc.)
- disappointing multimedia. No photos, videos etc
- my first day to use app...... News story reported a major error and the "breaking news" was a burn ban request.
I'll stick to getting Log Cabin news via website or Facebook - which defeats the purpose of an app.

Arrgggg!
Constantly crashes, takes forever to load (if it does that is), and multiple adds even though it is paid for app...what a freaking waste! Finally fed up with the constant crashes and pointless news... I am deleting!
Should have listened
Go to thecabin.net it's free and provides more news. Plus, it's current news, unlike this ap.
4.0 is an awesome release!
Its much more stable and it looks great. Daily deals has also been added.
Worst app ever
I think this is one of the worst apps I've ever downloaded. Surely LCD could do better than this. Waste of time and money. Crashes constantly and gets stuck. Do not waste money on this.

It doesn't work at all now. Dang --wish I'd seen the warnings first. Crashes every time.

Yes it crashes, and it will not launch. I was told to delete it and re-install. When I go to re-install it says that I "will" be charged for it again! Why would I want to pay again for a product that i just paid for?
