It doesn’t work anymore
I don’t have a car and I have to use the bus a lot and every time I go into the transit app it’s always stuck loading but when j have Wi-Fi I works perfectly fine please fix the app and allow it to use data.

In older versions this app had a glitch where it would not load sometimes, but as far as I can figure, it has since been patched.
Even when it didn’t work, it was still the best app for figuring out the busses in Logan.

Terrible app
The most they could do is offer a description for each route. But no, you see a long list of routes and have to literally click on each one to see where it goes. On top of that, the interface is as basic as you can imagine, is it the 1990s? I don’t think so
Great when it works
This app is easy to use and gives me all the info i need—until it stops working. Watching a bouncing pin does not help me get where I’m going :/
App needs some work
I love the CVTD buses and rely on them to get to school. They’re pretty reliable and efficient. This app on the other hand is not reliable or efficient. It almost never works properly. Please please fix it! It’s such an important resource for people who use the bus system! Sometimes it doesn’t even load at all. Other times it won’t load the map.

Doesn’t work on the weekend
I have been trying to use the app for a while now and on the week days it works ok but on Saturday when I actually have time to got grocery shopping and other things in town the app only shows the white screen with the little blue pin mark bouncing. I know the busses run on Saturdays so why does the app just not work. i have waited for actual hours to see if it would load and it doesn't. please fix this.

Won’t load
This used to be the best and most reliable bus tracking app available! Every once in a while, however, there will be weeks where nothing loads. It is just a white screen. The other bus tracking app works okay, but is still really bad at tracking all the busses. Really pathetic that CVTD can’t get a single app to be reliable.......

I really like this app when it works! But I haven’t been able to get it running for more than a week now. The loading screen appears but then everything is blank and won’t load anything.
Stopped working
I don’t have a car and rely heavily on bus routes to get me to and from work, school, etc. it stopped loading the routes at the beginning of this week and just shows an lmk screen. And since then I haven’t been able to see when or where a bus is coming. There hasn’t been an update in a while and I hope one comes soon because this is one of the most important apps I have, yet it’s stopped working :(

Fix everything.
This app is terrible. There’s always something wrong with it. The old CVTD app was so much better. Don’t get this app, get Transit. Green logo. Far superior which is sad considering our own bus system can’t get a decent app to just simply track them

this app never works and never has worked. it always says to reload the app and if that still doesn't work then delete it and reinstall it- but i have done that well over five times and it still isnt working.
NOT WORKING!
I absolutely love this app! It’s so dang helpful, but every now and then it just won’t load past the white screen, or it shows an error message. The message tells you to uninstall and reinstall the app. I tried this as well as restarting my phone/ using data vs being on WiFi. Nothing is working. Please fix and I’ll give this app a better rating!!

It worked before but now when I load the app it just turns to a blank screen after the navigation icon bounces.

Not helpful
Please add the schedule to the app. This would be very helpful to have in addition to where the bus is currently at. All the info on the map should be in the app so you don’t need to carry the map around with you.
This app works Unreliably
I was initially happy at first when I heard a USU student was creating a new app. The last one was clunky and stale. It find like it hadn't been updated in years.
So, when I found out that a new app was being made, I was very pleased. Finally, we'd have an app that didn't look like it was made in 2009. Finally, we'd have an app that was streamlined and modern. So when it finally was released, I downloaded it almost immediately.
After using it for a few months, I have to say, I'm disappointed. Not because it doesn't look nice - it does. Not because it isn't modern - it is. No, but because it fails to do one important thing when designing an app: be reliable.
Don't get me wrong, when you can get it to open (foreshadowing), it does do its job: tell you where the routes are and which buses are on them. It looks good, has a functional interface, and even tells you when there is an adjusted route due to construction.
But it fails on two fronts. One is a minor inconvenience, the other is a serious flaw.
First, the inconvenience. While the app does tell where the buses are with pretty good accuracy - usually a matter of just a few hundred feet - it doesn't tell you *when* they should be there. That is, the schedules are completely missing from the app. This was also a flaw with the other app. So, if you want to ride on a bus, you have to sort of "guess" when it'll arrive at your nearest stop. This is okay for minor rides, because at least the location services are accurate, but for immediate rides, the app just proves unreliable. So in order to actually know when buses are supposed to be where they need to, you have to use the website. Luckily the website was also updated at around the same time as the app, so it is also much more streamlined and modern than before. But, I find that due to the app missing this feature, it only serves half a purpose. It tells you where the buses are, but not when they are supposed to be there.
Next, the major flaw. It crashes. Often. This is a flaw that has plagued the app consistently since its release, and it dumbfounds me that it hasn't been fixed yet. Why? You see, since it crashes so often, it tends to also crash at the most inconvenient times. Specifically when I need to use the bus service soon. I want to rely on the app to tell me relatively when I should be at the bus stop, but because I can't get the app to open in the first place, I have to rely on what I know about the bus's schedule. Now luckily, the bus service is also very good at adhering to the schedule, so I really only need to know when it should be there, with a margin of error of a few minutes. But, if the entire purpose of the app was to make it easier to know when the bus should be at a stop, then it crashing consistently make that purpose null.
In the end, while I appreciate the modernized design, the app has two flaws, one minor, one major, that make the app just plain unreliable. I sincerely hope it will be fixed in the future, but until then I cannot award it more than 2 stars.

App doesn’t work
Every time I try to open the app it just stays at a blank screen. Use to work now it doesn’t, I have deleted and reinstalled
