My kids wanted to play this and I went to use the free trial but instead I was charged for the yearly membership. I emailed them to get it changed but they didn’t reply. I had to report it through Apple to get a refund, which I did.

Unfortunately, we do not have access to modify or process payments ourselves. We’re glad to hear that Apple was able to assist you with the refund.
