Note: The Insights app can only be used by customers of Voortman Steel Machinery. A login is required to make use of the app’s functionality. Supports operators and production managers to do their work even better! It offers insight in when machines are running and how they are performing. With this information our users can reduce downtime, increase production output and increase operator efficiency. Insight in current status Monitor the current status of all your Voortman machines from everywhere. You no longer need to be close to the machine, but one look at the dashboard provides you with an update of the status of every machine in your factory. Gives you the opportunity to immediately react when a machine stops running, saving you lots of potential downtime! Insight in status history Enables you to do analysis on the status history of your machines. Offers several tools to identify patterns of downtime. Learn from the past and do things better tomorrow! Can be used to gain insight in the main causes of your machine downtime, enabling you to improve on them in the future. Live notifications Make use of the live notification functionality to receive an alert whenever one of your machines stops running. The notifications will assist your operators in efficiently operating the machines. No longer do they need to stay close to the machine to monitor whether it is still running. Other work can be done in the meantime, and an alert will notify your operator when his help is required at the machine.
