Newer is not always better
In the previous version, the user could link multiple library cards to the app without having to log in and out. It is a major inconvenience to no longer have this function, as well as the ability to renew all checkouts with one button press. Please change these aspects.

The app was better when you could have multiple cards under one account. No one wants to log out of their account to log into their kid’s account to view their checkouts. It was better when a family could add multiple cards.
Also renewing multiple checkouts at once was nice.

Super App if you use your local library. It was glitched for quite awhile. It’s been repaired. However you need to Uninstall it and then Download it again.

Worked great until it didn’t
Can’t even log in without an error. Can’t search catalog. Useless at this point.

So disappointing after the last update all I get is an error about being unable to connect to the catalog. Used to be so great! Please fix!!
Missing this app a lot!
Really disappointed that this app no longer works, I used it constantly to put holds on books or find which library had what I needed. It’s been broken for weeks, I tried to delete and download again and it won’t open at all now. Really hoping this app makes a comeback because it was incredibly useful.

App is broken
App stopped working a few months ago, tried to delete and redownload and now can't even sign in or do anything. Please fix!
App Stopped Working for Me
I used to use this all the time to make sure my library had a book I was looking for or if another library in the system had it. Suddenly one day it the catalog stopped working for me. I turned my phone off and back on. I deleted and reinstalled the app. Once I did that, I could no longer even open the app. I contacted them but got no response. It’s really too bad. The Gloucester County Library has barely any books on Libby, but at least the library app was good. Until it wasn’t.
