Location HAS TO ON ALWAYS?!
Wow! HAVE TO HAVE LOCATION ON ALWAYS?!!? If you don’t you won’t get a job! Cuz that’s all this app accepts!! Why give choices?? It asks whether I want to accept or reject… hit accept twenty times (for twenty different jobs) & it ALWAYS says timed out?!? Less than two seconds?!? Ridiculous !!!

I wouldn’t use it if I had a choice
Why would the app silence my car radio when the app isn’t even opened and I have all the audio alerts turned off for the app? Also it won’t unfreeze my car radio as if it’s a phone call! Many times you have to reboot the app for it to update. Worst app I’ve ever used!!!

Waiting time for the order
It is such a nice app but I am not happy about the offering call waiting Time , I wish it was 45 seconds or 1 min but currently it is like 5 sec . That is not fair . I wish you fixed it .
Not always reliable
Unfortunately using Waze lately addresses have been incorrect. Some orders are being duplicated and causing the warehouse and dispatch to cancel.

CarPlay compatibility
This is an app for drivers, but when connected to CarPlay there are no audio notifications. I’ve missed so many jobs because of this. As another driver mentioned, I have to keep an eye on the phone while driving, which will eventually cause an accident.

Time wasting
This app was obviously designed by people who have NEVER worked in the supply chain logistics/ delivery business. Time is money and this app wastes an inordinate amount of time. It also takes some simple tasks and makes them difficult or impossible. Reporting features needed for billing and paying are also sadly lacking. Drivers complain that it chews their batteries. Tasks are repetitive. It’s difficult to administrate. Sadly it could be useful if they would listen and adjust to the criticisms from people who’ve been forced to use it. We have moved on to another product though.
