Portable and precise but limited

I think we have finally reached our lifetime on this device. Emailed company about demo mode in app (device not recognized) and heard nothing back for a week.
Had a serial stream problem at work and tried to grab this guy to help out. Unfortunately the device was not recognized and it's been in a plastic case since purchase. The MFi adapter has been next to it too so it's not dust.
I bought a new MFi cable to test and still no bueno. I emailed the manufacturer and heard nothing back (maybe this will get their attention hmm)
10 years later isn't terrible but we always hope for more support (fingers crossed!) I would buy this device again but the problem I had back then was no over voltage protection (limited to 3.3V!) If yhat os fixed ina newer model I might consider it!

LogiScope does have a sigrok script. It can be found here: https://www.oscium.com/blog/converting-logiscope-csv-datalog-view-files. That seems to be what you're referencing. Can you confirm if it works for you? Also, knowing the voltage is always a good idea, when probing around. Wish we could have earned a five star but appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback. Hopefully we can earn a higher rating from you in the future.
Portable and precise but limited
The Oscium team is easily communicated with and helpful, so I count that as a plus but there are couple cons to add.
You can't reanalyze the data in the app later and scroll to the time you want to look at. You also can't export it and open in another program in your computer. There's another guy who made a filter to parse the exported data and open it in salae's software I think but it was only for a certain setup and didn't work for me. So you can use it for real time analysis but not for later on to check the results.
***Careful the voltage is limited to -2 to 7v and there's no over voltage protection. So that could easily be a $200 dollar mistake. I always measure the voltage first to make sure and am mindful of spikes.
***update: 3/24/19 - app still works well and even though I have the adapter from Apple (the old style to lightning) it works well. Bought in 2014 and very careful to measure under the voltage limit prior to connecting. Glad the manufacturer is still proving app support 5 years later. Keep us productive!

Update: Yes, recent versions have restored full functionality and is much appreciated. 1 star changed back to 4.
My only issue now is that it would be great to have some kind of manual or help. Sometimes it's a real hunt-n-peck to figure out to do something. And triggering can be complex enough that it could really use some explanation and examples.

LogiScope is awesome!
Though meant to be portable and easy on the Ipod battery, the LogiScope truly shines as a bench-top instrument like the setup below.
The 100 MHz real-time display is rock steady and the LogiScope APP is intuitive and easily learned without a manual.
Watch the three training videos on the Oscium site to appreciate the LogiScope APP's advanced triggering capabilities.
The hardware is first class with mini grabbers made in the US and the device itself in Taiwan.
Oscium tech support is very prompt via the web site contact form and the guys are helpful and knowledgeable.
I'm using it to debug code on an Arduino Uno clone (Linduino) triggering on 2 MHz PWM and also decoding 115.2K Baud serial signals.
The scale is set to the minimum at 1us for PWM and to 100us for serial.
I can easily measure period, freq., duty cycle etc... and can easily decode the ASCII stream triggering on specific data bytes.
I'm getting ready to evaluate a Linear 2380-24 2Msps ADC that will be running at 2MHz in SPI distributed read mode with 256 sample digital averaging.
The LogiScope will prove invaluable in my quest.

Oscium LogiScope permanent bench-top setup:
LogiScope signal wires are not yet connected to Arduino.
LogiScope inserted into dockStubz+ (by Cable Jive) (30 pin pass through with micro USB power port) (from Amazon).
dockStubz+ inserted into genuine Apple six inch 30 pin to lightning adapter extended cable (from Oscium).
Anker three foot micro USB cable (from Amazon) inserted into dockStubz+ but not yet plugged into wall-wart powered ("Plugable" or "Ultra" brand) USB hub (from Amazon).
Ipod Touch (Gen 5 64 GB iOS 9.2) powered up with lightning still unplugged and USB to hub cable still unplugged.
Lightning plugged into Ipod Touch.
LogiScope APP started in NORMAL mode.
Wait TWENTY seconds.
USB cable plugged into hub which is powered by wall-wart only (do not plug anything else into the hub and do not plug it into a PC).
If "Device not connected" DEMO mode popup appears it is dismissed and APP closed, USB and lightning unplugged and process repeated.
LogiScope signal wires can now be connected to Arduino.
Battery is always fully charged with the APP running full time.
SUCCESS!!!
(Note: Powering dockStubz+ with a PC or any kind of charging cube will NOT WORK in this setup)
