How do I give a thumbs down for this app? 1 start is too much. I donβt know what happened with this update but this is a huge magnetic paper weight. How do I get reimbursed for that last few months of not being able to monitor my vehicle. Iβve tried to be patient about the update but no fixes are correcting the issue.

New app awful
New app logs in and wonβt let me progress past the Home Screen. Not a single option works and canβt track my tracker. Just has a location point moving up and down and zero response from anything.
Donβt update if you can help it
My updated now I have to login every single time and it takes me right to the web browser. Itβs not in app anymore. I canβt pay for my minutes and itβs a pain in the butt to pay my bill now so I recommend not using these people or not updating.
App Updates Fail Logins
Once they fix the login after the new update, I might be back. If your customers get kicked out & canβt login, you failed!
