Hi! Thanks for leaving us this review and letting us know how we can better serve you. In response to this particular issue, your dispatch would need to have you set up as a driver within the system before you can login (you don't actually set up your user on the mobile app). That being said, we've made a few updates since this version and we'd love for you to download our latest (2.1.0) and try it out. If you still experience issues, reach out to us at support@logistixiq.com and we'll dive deeper into whatever problems you're experiencing
