Logging out and not logging back in

I have been using this app for a month ,It frequently logs me out and doesn’t let me back in eventhough I use premium version

Great app for on the go logging

Simplifies the tedious task of having to use excel sheets on a computer to log take patient and runs very smoothly have recommended to colleagues. Also great for logging teaching reducing the stress of having to remember dates and lectures I’ve done as I can just do it there and then

Extremely useful app.

Amazing app. Use every day as an EM trainee. Easy to use on the go and plug in procedures/cases. Generates PDFs that I can upload to my portfolio. Would recommend to any acute specialty hospital trainee!

Good with a catch

My primary specialty being diagnostic radiology , is not seen while creating an accout or while trying to add a job .
Only interventional radiology is shown.
Although the workaround , ie. to add CT MRI reporting to the list so that we can log our work, the title seems wrong as my first 3 yrs of training does not involve any interventions at all.
It has been advertised that there is an option for diagnostic radiology in the website. Kindly look into it.
Otherwise really good.

Poor customer service

I have been using it for 2 years. I had mailed the cs team to add my instituition to the list but still they havent responded. I have sent 3-4 mails. Very bad customer service

Very buggy

When it works this app is great, allowing you to keep a good logbook of procedures and patients and formatting a report. Unfortunately let down by a sometimes crippling number of bugs.

Several issues I’ve had:
1) The app will load appearing to be logged in, but when you go to upload something it logs you out and you have to sign in again
2) If you wish to change any information after submitting an entry, you can edit, but this does not always appear to update in the list and you have to edit and save several times for the edit to stick.
3) Most frustratingly: the generate report button only works some of the time, requiring you to quit and reboot the app several times to view a report.

Paid £25 for premium prescription but account is still ‘free version’

I paid for £25 for the premium subscription on 9th August and even 3 weeks later the account is still showing as the free version! I’ve reported this twice via the in-app feature but there has been no response! There is also no way for me to view the in-app complaints I have made to be able to track and chase up my complaints - which just makes you feel like you are shouting into the void.
Seriously annoyed because as a junior doctor I already have to pay £500 for a portfolio, and then I paid for this extra subscription to try to make my life easier and it’s just been the opposite. I was hoping I would be able to log my entries during the working day on my phone, but while I’ve been waiting for my app to upgrade since I paid for the premium version I’ve been capped to 3. It’s making so much extra work for me to log my patients in two different places, and chase up all these complaints about this app.
Please can you sort this out ASAP or refund me!

Very good app

Very functional app. Logging procedures is very straightforward. Highly recommend. Needed some customer support initially and received it promptly and efficiently.

Good application for medical/surgical log

I am using full version of easilog

It has a very few negatives, which I believe that the easilog team will resolve and update soon !

Outstanding

Hugely impressive. Easilog has lifted a weight from my shoulders. In the era of CPD, reflection, logbooks and appraisals, Easilog has streamlined the collection of all the material needed. So easy to use - portable and on desktop. The ability to add attachments is a bonus. The print out reports are excellent.
I went for premium, and for £25 per year it is an absolute bargain. Really appreciate the innovation and design - many thanks Easilog team.

iPad Support

Fantastic app, great logging functions, nice and simple.
Two things. In my country there’s no way to differentiate between multiple similarly named hospitals e.g. St Mary’s. Secondly, please add iPad full screen support, fantastic app otherwise!

Send us an email at support@easilog.com and we can change the the St Mary's hospital you are at to have the town name and do the same for the rest. We are planing on full screen iPad support for sometime next year.

Great easy to use app

Love this app. Really easy to use. Can log my procedures and clinics on the go. Good it generates a report for ARCP too

Useful easy to use app

Really needed an app to log clinical reviews and also procedures when training portfolio is lacking. Prior glitch for iOS promptly fixed and app easy to use.
Simple to use to log things as you go along during busy working day.

Would recommend for trainees or non trainees keen to document a logbook of events chronologically.

Thanks for letting us know about an important bug, which we got fixed quickly. We originally made the app to help trainees capture ward reviews, which we found easily got missed in our own logbooks. Good to know it works well for this! Let us know what you think of the reporting when your ARCP comes around.

Great addition to excellent online logbook

I’ve used the Easilog webapp for years and this iOS app makes the system much more portable with offline syncing, useful for hospitals with poor mobile reception.
