Doesn’t do anything
Wanted to see if this app did anything when the a50x is connected to my phone via Bluetooth. The answer is no it doesn’t do anything because it just tells you how to pair it by holding down the Bluetooth button. Super useless app.
Worst app ever
The a30’s are even worse. All they had to do was add a function off and on button but I can’t do that so I have to let them die to turn them off and on top of that broke the transmitter on accident so I went to buy another one, turns out they don’t make them anymore and it was 30$ for a tiny usb so I had to buy another pair to get another transmitter. Last time I ever buy anything from this company. Enjoy my 200$ logiscam

Best headset without the All
I love these. They are my favorite. But when I use this app it messes up the connection somehow. Not sure why. But when I reset them and don’t use the app they are perfect.
Astro A50 fifth generation
This really sucks cause when you try to connect your headphones through Bluetooth it’s just like a boot loop. It will never connect. It only did it once for me and this app needs to be updated for it to work I’m very disappointed Logitech do better

I have to uninstall and reinstall this app multiple times a day because it simply will disconnect from my headphones the headphones work fine i just have to uninstall the app because it disconnects my headphones whenever it likes
Horrible Application.
The amount of times I need to delete and reinstall this application just for a headset to connect is absolutely ridiculous. Such an expensive brand with expensive products just for the application to bring down the quality. Disappointing.

Great app for customising my A20 X wireless headset, being able to change the sound quality and mic quality is a really great feature and the look to the lights and so on, solid app

Horrible
The app runs horrible. It “detects” my headset but then I press connect and it can’t connect, I’ve been doing this over and over for an hour. My phone connects to the Bluetooth just fine but the app doesn’t? I can’t adjust anything on the headset. I have to stop playing on Xbox to connect to my laptop to make changes. Very inconvenient.

King of inconsistency
The app either works perfectly or not at all. Not connecting to my only device that it was already connected to. Not allowing me to change volume or audio sliders. Somehow duplicating the headset choice and saying “connected” when it’s not.
Can’t pair my headset
Hi I’m having issues just bought my new wireless headphones the A20 can’t pair even tho I hold the pair button and it hasn’t paired I’m really disappointed
First Time Mobile User, Cannot Use App
Currently using the G522 and it’s worked well on its own, connecting to my phone thru Bluetooth fine. Try to do it thru the app and it’s a fat good luck? Tried all the basic trouble shooting, starting with the app’s recommendation. Then I tried forgetting the device, restarting my phone, reinstalling the app. Nothing.
How can my phone recognize the headset and use it but your app can’t even recognize your own software?
Please do better. I would like to use my presets and customized colors. I would like for your app to actually work as advertised.

Same issue as others have been having
My 522 used to pair with the app but now it won’t. Tried deleting the device from settings and the app and repairing but it won’t connect. It’s a great app when it’s working.
Never connects to my head set
Every time I try it never connects and the app interface looks terrible
