EQ Einstellung
App ist nicht schlecht , aber einen großen Mangel ist EQ Einstellung kann man sich von der Community am Pc runter laden und am Pc nutzen , aber in der App nicht wenn man auf die Konsole wechselt. In der App kann man nur die Voreinstellungen nutzen , warum geht das nicht EQ Einstellungen die man am Pc runter ladet und in die App nicht übernehmen kann?
Da sollte nachgebessert werden , daẞ EQ Einstellung die man am Pc von der Community runterladet auch dann die App übernimmt, wenn man auf die Konsole wechselt.
Also in der App sich mit seinem Profil anmelden und EQ Einstellungen von der Community nutzen und runterladen kann.
Der Q Faktor lässt sich auch nicht ändern , wenn man den ändern will geht der jedes Mal zurück auf die Werkseinstellung.
Nach längeren nutzen : bluetooth Verbindung aufbauen funktioniert nicht immer , immer wieder App schließen und neu starten. Die eingestellte Lautstärke ändert die App immer wieder leiser oder lauter.
Wann wird das Bluetooth Problem gelöst ? App Verbindung mit Headset wird immer schlimmer.

Amazing
Won’t pair.
Just got these now and the Bluetooth works great but I can’t seem to get to pair with the G app so I can tweak it on the fly . It’s says scan and my Bluetooth is flashing blue and still won’t connect and it’s frustrating.

Doesn’t connect when opening the app. Takes forever. When it decides to connect randomly, I can’t change eq profiles. This app is trash
App stopped working on mobile
I have A50s and they connect to my phone just fine but not to the app. I can’t change how much I hear my game or people. I can’t even change my volume.

Head seat and base station are very nice only issue I am having is one of the led lights don’t work to show me the charge lvl correctly but other then that it is a great app and great headphones
Absolutely failure of an app
The fact that you cannot use certain headphones for this app is so stupid. What the hell is the point of buying a brand new product if you can’t even use the app that is made for these products. The level of incompetency needed to not even be able to use Bluetooth to change the EQ settings for certain wireless headphones is so stupid. Do better

I use the Astro A50x headset with this app and it constantly disconnects from the app. I’m able to use my phones Bluetooth through the headset but I cannot ever connect to the app unless miraculously the stars align. Sick of being unable to adjust my settings. This app also turns off my ability for me to be able to hear myself. Sick of trying to use this app to adjust a $400 headset.

Kopplung leider nicht möglich
Leider ist es nicht möglich, das pairing am Ende ab zu schließen. Mehrfach alles neu installiert, IPhone14 neu gestartet, Astro A50 reseted, leider kein Erfolg. Auch Gemini fällt nichts mehr ein.

Doesn’t do anything
Wanted to see if this app did anything when the a50x is connected to my phone via Bluetooth. The answer is no it doesn’t do anything because it just tells you how to pair it by holding down the Bluetooth button. Super useless app.
Worst app ever
The a30’s are even worse. All they had to do was add a function off and on button but I can’t do that so I have to let them die to turn them off and on top of that broke the transmitter on accident so I went to buy another one, turns out they don’t make them anymore and it was 30$ for a tiny usb so I had to buy another pair to get another transmitter. Last time I ever buy anything from this company. Enjoy my 200$ logiscam

Best headset without the All
I love these. They are my favorite. But when I use this app it messes up the connection somehow. Not sure why. But when I reset them and don’t use the app they are perfect.

This really sucks cause when you try to connect your headphones through Bluetooth it’s just like a boot loop. It will never connect. It only did it once for me and this app needs to be updated for it to work I’m very disappointed Logitech do better
