Good idea, poor execution
I have to call logix support anytime I want to use the app. It worked okay before the most recent update, now it’s easier to not even bother with it. Very unfortunate considering how much we pay for this phone system.
Review Edited: after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it’s running a lot smoother. Hopefully it stays that way.

VoIP calls fail over data only.
The app works fine but on my iPhone 11 I am not able to make or receive VOIP calls when not connected to WiFi. Cellular Data is toggled on in the settings but all cellular calls from the Logix Communicator app fail. Same thing happens to a colleagues iPhone 11.
