It’s my first time to send my boxes to them 3boxes it said in the app that its already in the warehouse in manila. My family is very excited but the boxes been stuck for over a month i called them and they said the 3 boxes is lost and they will only refund me 1,185 $ Lol. I keep calling the cx service they keep saying will call you back. Well goodluck I’m still hopping they can find my boxes

I sent a total of 6 boxes, 4 big ones and 2 small ones. Two big boxes were partialy open when it was delivered.

I only have less than $900 in 5 transactions made and asking for BSA , it holds for 2 days before they sent my money to the PH , it’s a hustle for me because the BSA requires $3k -$4k before they ask your information. Why I need to give my information and asking my SSN and tin number . I am not applying for a job and they collect over $8.99 when I sent $350+ this is to much since I already do the transaction I think I will not do it again. I am so frustrated on the service they did and big service charge.

I've been sending Balikbayan boxes all over the world, and I have to say, LOGO is the best company I've used! The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and you can really see how hard they work. One of my favorite things about them is that if I ever have a concern, they call me back right away, which is so reassuring.
They also have an app that allows you to track your package and get updates, including the name of the delivery person when it arrives. I was really impressed—my boxes always arrive in perfect condition! I've never seen a single one damaged, and that’s something I truly appreciate.
Even during the holidays, they work hard to ensure every Balikbayan box is loaded and unloaded properly. Keep up the amazing work, LOGO! I can't help but hope you'll open a branch in Southeast Asia because this is the trustworthy service that Filipinos really need.
