What happened?
Has been great for a year. Opened this morning and look has changed and all data lost.
Keeps Crashing
I have given up and deleted what promised to be a really useful app. I wasn't even able to set up any records, it crashed every time I tried. It says that's it's not compatible with IOS 11, but I'm using IOS 10, so I'm not sure what the problem is! I'm hopeful that the developers will sort this out, so will try this again in a couple of months.

Completely Unusable on iPhone 6
Consistently crashes when adding any text - which clearly is necessary.
Seems neat, but...
Crashed on the second item I tried to enter. Didn't get to try anything out. Pls update, love the concept
Good idea but graphs utterly useless
Logster seemed like just the right app for me...but falls strangely short of the mark. You can pick your own data fields and units and these are super easy and intuitive to create and edit. Click graph icon and data is displayed as graph. But the graphs display no units and indicate no increments for numerical values!!! It does not even display a timeline for date logged--you could be looking at two days or a whole year. For me, no timeline and no values marked on axis = pretty useless. You can click on a data point to get date and value, but that's just silly. I guess that's why it's free.

Best data logging app out there
Would love an update to the latest iOS.
Great
Russian developers are the best !
Love this app a lot!
The app allows you to set up any number of items you want to log.
Each item can have any number of variables such as number with decimal point, temperature, grading your happiness on a scale of smilie faces, etc.
Once you have more than one reading of you variables for a given item, a graph is automatically plotted, and you can view a summary of stats (max/min/average values for each variable, total count of records, frequency of records), also you can email results which is great to get data out.
It's called "log anything" but actually you can't log custom variables which is a shame. For example you may want to have your own pick list (e.g. List of coffees).
Also it doesn't allow logging of a plain text field, e.g. For making notes about a given set of readings. So if you were logging amount of coffee vs water you may also want to write tasting notes for the given extraction.
Finally it would be amazing if there were some kind of automatic number crunching available, e.g. autocalculated (uneditable) fields based on other readings, e.g. Percentage of one reading over another. So for example, percentage of water extracted using a given method (based on water reading before and after).
Apart from the above, a really great, solid, easy to use generic data logging tool!

Best of the data log & graph apps
Wow, seems it must be hard to build a user-friendly logging / tracking app that does good graphing, but this one is it. I tried out at least 5 of them and settled on Logster.
=RECOMMENDED=
+ hope the dev. builds an iPad version!

So far so great
Why hasn't this app and discovered yet!!!
I'm using it to track information about two different home-based businesses.
In business they say what's tracked grows.
I'm talking my phone calls. I'm tracking my sales daily. My new contacts daily.
I'm also using it track my body measurements as I'm exercising and getting toner. sometimes it's hard to tell things are changing because it's subtle but if you take your measurements every few weeks You will see a difference and it will encourage you to keep exercising. Opposite of business I hope that what I track will shrink.
I think I'm also going to set up my children's height and weight in here.

almost perfect
simple, flexible data recording and viewing. import/export works nicely. data entry and sorting are very nicely handled. only thing I would ask for is the ability to set a time width to the data graph, so that I could look at only a month of data, and scroll back and forth through the set.
