It’s a trap!
I purchased a one payment lifetime subscription to LogTen Pro back in 2011. Thanks holding my data hostage. I wish I had the patience to change my logbook to another company.
Massive Ripoff
This is just a way to trap you into an upgrade this is massively overpriced. Why? Because the developer, insists on making his living off this one app. He refuses to support Windows users and thus has a much smaller pool of users to earn from.
He also doesn’t support previous versions. You have to fork out for any upgrade all over again. In addition he removed the support forum at his website due to the complaints from users.
So don’t waste you money with this company. Use another app or a paper log book.

Not worth the money
Nothing like being held hostage for your own information. Used to use this program, but not anymore with the exorbitant prices.
New upgrade trap
After being completely satisfied with the older version of the app(the one I PAID to use), I upgraded to the new software. When I opened the new software, the new features fairly user-friendly and helpful. However, I could not figure out transfer the old data into the new logbook. (Strike 1) I sent an email to the help techs, but got a pre-formed response that wasn’t helpful. (Strike 2). After seeing the additional app on my phone, I was able to transfer the data really easy, but was then prompted to pay for an annual subscription. NO THANKS!!! (Strike 3) Maybe if I didn’t buy the app in the first place. Time to print out the old and archive it, then find a new e-logbook.

Terrible.
They didn’t update the app for me. They improved the app and wanted us to buy the upgrade. Absurd.
poor customer service after update
I emailed them 4 times to try to get my logbook back after the update to IOS 8. I have not even gotten a reply.

Do not update to iOS eight, otherwise your logbook will go missing.
Terrible...
This app has had problems from the beginning. The app now won't even open. It just tries to load the data from iCloud and is never able to. Have the problem on multiple wifi hotspots and cellular. Don't bother with this, it's a constant headache!
Great tool but not perfect
App quickly becomes invaluable after prior paper/ Excel systems esp. tracking currency across multiple platforms. Unfortunately a few too many bugs throughout which need to be ironed out eg. Duty UI is not sufficient to be able to discuss discrepancies with crewing dept.
This could easily be a perfect app so hoping that developers keep up their good work.

Outstanding Customer Service
I transitioned from an older version of LogTen to the newest one and was hit with a few problems. Colin, one of the customer service reps did an amazing job of helping me throughout the whole upgrade process and made sure that everything I needed was taken care of. 27 emails later and now my logbook is all set and ready to go. Thanks LogTen and thanks Colin!
Ohh yeah and the new software is a HUGE leap from the previous version I was working with. The radar function helps give you a good overview of rest limits for part 121 and the smart groups function helps ease the complexity of part 117. I’ve played around with the app for quite a bit over the last week and I keep finding new tweaks compared to the old version that make the app smoother. Thanks again!

One star for interrupting the user to beg for a review
All in all, this is a very good log book app. But, it interrupts the user to ask for an App Store review when the user just wants to use the app. Let the user use your app without interruption!

Best logbook app. Would be nice to get consolidated times for a day other than having to generate a report. Entering the times for each leg is great, but it would be nice to have a view that would consolidate each day/flight number for that day/Etc. when trying to get the totals for the preceding its a pain to sift through all the legs for a particular day to get the totals for that day. Otherwise, a great app

BEST PILOT LOGBOOK EVER!!
After updating to 6.5, I was extremely disappointed in the developers for releasing this important update with many bugs causing the app to be unusable! I want to say thank you for fixing the issues quickly. Being an airline pilot, I use LogTen Pro every day. This software makes my life easy and with iCloud sync, it's even that much better! Thanks for making this product so much better!!! I give it a 👍👍

Crashes on every dep-dest added
I really have liked this program over the past half decade, but now it is almost unusable. The program crashes every time I try to enter a departure airport, destination airport, or approach airport. It has been four days since I updated it, and still no resolution of the issue. They should at the very least run a dummy leg for a bug test before releasing it like this.

Latest update crashes
Good program until latest update. Program crashes continually when doing edits. Fix required ASAP
Worse update from Coradine Ever!
I have been using logten software on everything for 5 years. This is the first update they have ever put out that has completely made this app useless! Only flights pre made on the Mac can be edited. If you try to make a new flight and add a departure and destination the app crashes Every time. I am not very happy right now as I discovered this in the middle of a trip with schedule changes. FIX IT ASAP!

Works pretty good.
Just what leaves a bitter taste in my mouth and reason for 3 stars:
Only thing I don't like is that I bought last version outside 30 days before latest version release do no updates for me.
Now Mac log ten pro version stopped working with maverick. Had to spend £90 to get this program to work again.
Pity that developers are money grabbing...

Latest Update (23rd January 2014)
An incredible piece of software and well worth the money, however if you are a current user and run the app on an iPhone 4S there seems to be a bug which has so far caused multiple crashes on my iPhone.
Until this has been rectified I am, as of today, after installing the update, unable to use this software effectively. I have also already notified the company direct of this issue.
Prior to the update I would have given 10/10. Now, I'm not too sure what to think.
