Very good on local restaurant scene in Westchester and on local sports. Great puzzles. Up to date articles on what is going on with construction in the cities. Covers Southern Westchester more than Northern Westchester. I find lots of typos though and sloppiness and lack of editing leads to mistakes in articles . Overall a good read…

Ordered through apple. E-newspaper does not open. Received a terrible run around. Apple will not refund the fee.

It’s all we have left of a local newspaper. There’s very little that’s local as it covers all of Westchester and Rockland. Most of the paper is from USA Today.

Good app. The one change I would make is to allow it to rotate to landscape mode when you rotate phone or tablet (IOS)

Like having a local paper which gives news about local happenings and news.
Good, but….
I often have a hard time bringing up the app when I’m not in my home area. I end up uninstalling and installing the app again. That seems to work. Upon doing that this last time , I now have ads pop up while I’m reading the paper. A subscription I PAY for! I should Not be seeing ads ! Shameful
Predictably frustrating
Nothing works well from signing in to clicking links. Cancelling. Also- 24.99 a month? Even The NY Times doesn’t have the nerve to charge half that.

The stories featured get stale in a day or two. Need to update daily. Have your folks look at Yahoo or any other site that has daily news stories - new content daily.
New LOHUD app is an improvement?
Sorry, not sorry, but it is difficult to manage, has inadequate help, not at all user-friendly…why?? It is difficult to manage and even harder to navigate. Inadequate help, not user-friendly are gross understatements. Why???
