Used it before freely and didn't have to pay for anything g but when I reset my phone it said I suddenly had to pay for it

I just downloaded the game. I didn’t know if we had to pay like I wanna play a game no payment money just can’t come off of trees. Please fix this cause little girls who can be wanting to play this and I can come in and be like oh dang it I don’t have money. And I can really give you bad reviews about it
