About
Lomito helps you answer the training question that matters most for aerobic consistency: how many minutes did you spend in Zone 2 this week?
Connect Apple Health and Lomito turns your recorded workouts and heart-rate samples into a clear weekly progress view. Your Zone 2 goal stays front and center by default, while Z1-Z5 totals, workout filters, and recent volume help you understand the rest of your training.
Key features:
- Weekly Zone 2 progress against your target
- Z1-Z5 time breakdown from recorded workout heart-rate data
- Run, walk, swim, and functional strength workout filters
- Previous, current, and past week navigation
- Six-week workout duration chart for the selected workout type
- Adjustable weekly goals for tracked zones from Z1 through Z5
- Editable BPM thresholds for heart-rate zones
- Pull-to-refresh and header refresh for fresh Health data
- Clear states for missing workouts, missing heart-rate samples, or limited Health access
- On-device processing for HealthKit data
Lomito is built for recreational endurance athletes, health-conscious Apple Watch users, and anyone trying to build a steady base of low-intensity training. It does not record workouts or replace your existing fitness app. Instead, it uses workouts you already save to Apple Health to show weekly zone time in one focused dashboard.
Privacy:
Lomito reads only the Apple Health workout and heart-rate data needed to calculate training time by zone. Health data is processed on your device for v1. Lomito does not upload HealthKit data, write workouts, or store your health data in the cloud. Cached summaries stay local to your device.
Lomito is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Heart-rate zones are training estimates and can be adjusted in Settings.
