As everything TFL falls short, way short of what is required as s basic service and focuses on the unnecessary
Sometimes misleading
Not all buses showing up, misleading time of arrival, not completely reliable.

Times, order of arrival etc changing. Buses appearing and disappearing from the list
Unreliable bus time
Buses don’t always follow the bus times thru thid app! Even the driver said don’t trust this app! Waste of time using this. Had to delete!

Has become less reliable
On multiple occasions since the update I have waited at a bus stop for a bus that was supposedly and the bus has never arrived. Sometimes consecutively. Is it showing live buses or timetabled buses? If the latter the app becomes significantly less useful.
Not working
Bus times just fall of the reading when closer to due and then the bus turns up. Useless app. Does not work anymore clearly an unfixed bug.

The best
This app is so easy to use and is very reliable. I have never experienced it being incorrect. I have also as a test compared it to the bus stop clock and it is always accurate and I take lots of buses.
Just terrible. Worse than useless.
Constantly tells you a bus is coming only for it to disappear. Also likes to give an ETA that remains stuck at, say, 3 minutes for 5+ minutes until you give up and walk - only for the bus to roar past when you’re a few hundred metres from the stop. The app should just be honest and say “ETA? Your guess is as good as mine.”

Absolute bs
It’s so unreliable and just lies all the time. Dont use this app bro the amount of times im running late and the bus says “due” but its been like 10 minutes?? just useless tbh. Do better

Real rating is 3 stars . Shows buses and when they run . Timetables , names of stops that are even shown on a map I mean what’s not to like ? Pretty good but honestly, isn’t too accurate . Can be very unreliable and hard to navigate through the app sometimes . Don’t know if I would recommend but it’s hard to actually find apps that tell you this sort of stuff.

492 is a terrible service
Always late or don’t turn up drivers not always pleasant. And the new time table is awful,we never know what is going on not clear at all. My star is for a couple of drivers who are dealing with misery every day. Not happy at all.

If I had left any later I would have missed the bus, I shud of had a 20 minute wait instead it left just as I got to the bus stop. Always shows wrong times.

I’ve used this app few times and unfortunately the timing for Pontoon Dock is always off.
my honest opinion (please read)
The app is decent I guess but the timetable is always not matching up with the bus times and sometimes the buses don’t even come or say it’s longer than it actually is because that was the case for me yesterday. I went to the bus stop in the morning to get to school and the bus said 6 minutes. It didn’t come, not even the bus after that came as well and I had to walk all the way to school and was very lucky as I came at the bell and was almost marked late. I could’ve got a 20 minute detention after school (not bad) but still. If your buses go on diversion pls put it on the bus times so that people who were waiting for that bus are aware and thus app needs a lot

App needs serious work
App used to be great, but now regularly shows times for buses that are out of sync with the actual schedule.
It’s incredibly inconvenient to use for travel when you don’t know if you’ll be waiting 1 minute or 30 mins for the next service.

Excellent
Excellent when the bus stop closest to my work doesn't have a countdown timer . This is always accurate. It's also good in the pub you can time when to finish your pint and not wait out in the cold!
