Slow & Glitchy
It takes up to 2 hours to upload about 100 photos, select them, and then choose how many photos you want of each photo, and complete the paying process. The longest part is trying to select and upload the photos. It’s slow and glitchy.
Frustrating

Always a reliable and great service supplied by London Drugs. Never had any issues,the service is prompt,the staff is always professional, polite and courteous. Great job!
Photo ordering
I like the easy access to prints of my photos in any size and or format from the comfort of my home. Much appreciated the staff too.
Constantly crashes
You can’t load more than 50 photos without it crashing, so glitchy
Adding more photos error
Once I’ve asked it to add more photos it never allows me to choose more. I have to close it and start over.
Sizes
I wish there was a way to preview the size of the photo you want with the photo before going into the part after picking. I spent a lot of time going back to change the photo size to fit the photo. Or give an option to make the photo smaller like when I edit a photobook.
Glitches
When ordering specialty photo items into which there is an option to add text, the “keyboard” does NOT come up automatically and there is no way to force it to come up.

Easy to use app
The Photolab app from London Drugs I just sign in or you can sign in as guest. I go through the pictures I want I can adjust how I want them situated pick your size and you’re done, it uploads and you get a confirmation number
How is an app this bad
It’s 2025 how can an app be this poorly designed? If you like clicking every photo multiple times to select and having a terrible layout plus it barely works then this is the app for you

The staff at the Airdrie Photo Lab are so helpful, kind and patient! They have been helpful for years!
Could be better
The app always go to web in the app instead of staying on the app and the layouts are different. The page could be stream lined so easily. Hopefully they can make it better one day.

Getting the photos printed was easy and quick! Staff were helpful when I was in the store learning how to use app!
