Slow app
This app will crash my phone 50% of the time. It’s too big and messy and bulky. Need a streamlined simper app
Better before
I am a digital subscriber. I liked the a app before it was changed a few months ago. It is disappointing. I was expecting more articles since I am more likely to peruse the app than edition of paper. Only one or two local articles 👎

What the description of the 7.0.1 app update didn’t say is you no longer can read the London Free Press free of charge. I guess if they had of put that in the description no one would have updated their app. I know I’m disappointed now that I did!

What Happened?
Why can I no longer expand the pages like before on my iPad? Since my iPad updated it will no longer expand to readable text. The text is too small for me to read. Please update the app.
Issue with obits
Obits not loading properly

App takes several minutes to update new news stories. Post media can’t afford a decent app developer
Horrible working app
I find this app to be extremely frustrating. It rarely works properly, adds pop up way too much and impossible to get rid of adds. I’ve tried contacting them. You get little help if any response st all. Lately it hasn’t been working. I’m deleting for good.
Newest version just opens and closes immediately
Will not stay open to use, since downloading newest version haven’t been able to open the app.
This app crashes a lot
With the new “bug fix” the app won’t even open. It crashes on loading.
Freezes
This app has been freezing for a year now. They obviously have no intention of fixing this issue. Save yourself the trouble and get your news elsewhere. I know I will be.

The app freezes and does not work again unless
you delete then download the app again at which point it will freeze again. This has stopped me from reading the London Free Press.

This app needs an update or something!! Was working perfectly fine a few weeks ago but now you can’t click on anything or even scroll down. Have tried to delete/reinstall and same thing so pls update!!!!
iOS 13
Since the update to iOS 13 I am not able to use the app. It is frozen on stories from last week. Looking forward to bug fixes!
