Standing still literally
Just got into London at St. Pancreas. Hopped the Northern line got two stops in train died. Everyone out. Standing on crowded platform because they can’t get the doors closed to take the train out of service. Platform 3 is a “real real issue”
Too many ads to be useful
They have now added so many ads to the app that it’s no longer usable and I’ve deleted it.
I recommend you skip this app and go find another one that works better than this!!

Fails to recommend Elizabeth line
Searching for quickest route from Hampstead to Terminal 4: gives longer route rather recommending Liz line…

Trying to plan a journey
I entered the 2 stations I wanted to travel between & nothing happened! Is my phone too old? I l know the stations exist. I had to go on map to figure out the route but I need yo know if I can use the District Line between Christmas & New Year to arrange a family gathering! Very frustrating!

Sorry to hear this. Can you open the app, go to Settings and then tap on the "Contact support" button? It would be great to hear which two stations you were entering as well.

No search on the tube map. No current location on the tube map. Does not show favorites in the route planner. Can’t clock on favorite to see station on the tube map.

Good clean app… needs offline support
This is a nice clean interface compared to some of the other tube apps but it lacks the ability to calculate routes while your offline so if your underground with no signal then you can’t get a route. Please add this and a ‘show route on map’ feature then it will be perfect.

Today 14-09 picadilly line doesn’t work ok from King cross to Northfirlds but for them it’s okay. Other app says correctly about this issue.

No Longer Works
This app was once brilliant but now no longer shows departures. Deleting this and finding a new one.
App has stopped showing Live departures
It’s not showing Live departure details anymore. It used to show before. Pls fix it.
