I have used this app for a long time. It’s a a simple and user-friendly app. I couldn’t do without it.

Brilliant
I left a review yesterday following the failure of updates to show. It may not be down to me but it’s been fixed - so they clearly look after what they do … well done Mr Brainflash!
Used to be great
Have used this app for several years and it’s always been good…but not now.
The map shows the Elizabeth line but the journey planner won’t route to any station on the line nor will it offer this line as an alternative. E.g. route from Paddington to Heathrow always uses Piccadilly line.
Also the map used is different to the map in EVERY tube station. I know it’s an alternative map but it just makes it harder to use.
The display in dark mode results in some text being black on black.
Have switched to TfL Go which does routing and status, and is free. Sorry Tube Guide I really liked you. ☹️

Bad service
Very bad no status at all
Worst one on the. Market
There’s probably a reason why you can’t try before you buy, its flawed, tried a couple of routes for it to plan with trams, the app says it not a possible route when I know it is as i have traveled it and every other tube route planner i tried got the route first time. Doe snot work on ipad , just crashes as soon as you try yo search a station. Don’t waste your money as i did.

The new map orientation is not helpful, and I can’t find a way to set it to a traditional view.

This app would have been 5 stars until a month ago when the status stopped working. It was brilliant before that!
