I have been using this service since the very first came out! I have never, ever had a bad experience with a washer. They take such great care in what they do and you can tell when you get your clothes back. I have some very expensive business attire and I have never had an issue with damage or negligence. I absolutely love this company!

Always there when I need it!
When I’ve had a thought day at work, or car stops running… maybe the baby is running a fever! Oh no.! But I don’t have anything to wear for work tomorrow ? Never to worry, I just open my app and submit and all my worries are washed away ! Would be recommended to any person any age!

WASHER STOLE ENTIRE ORDER OF MY LAUNDRY
BEWARE YOUR CLOTHES ARE AT RISK! STOLEN! My entire order was stolen by the washer! The CEO called me to apologize then when realization of having to pay for the cost of the STOLEN PROPERTY BY THEIR EMPLOYEE/CONTRACTOR (which was approximately four loads equaling one bag) suddenly tunes changed and customer service went out the window! Now they want me to call the police etc before they will cover the cost of me replacing MY CLOTHES! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Awesome service
This is an amazing service for anyone with elderly parents who are not able to do their own laundry any longer. This service was super easy to set up and scheduled weekly pickup. Our washer Holly is always on time and does a great job with their laundry. I highly recommend this service.
