Redemption process is the key. UPDATED REVIEW

I love playing casino apps. Not too many out there I actually enjoy. But the ones that I do play I’m spending and winning thousand of dollars weekly . One of the things that I look for is redemption processing time. Decided to try this app out and it turned out to be actually better than expected. Redemption took a couple of days but I’m assuming it’s because it was my first time. I’m hoping it will be faster moving forward. This is a great app. I definitely recommend it. Customer service is amazing. Looking forward to playing this app.

I was playing on this app, when my screen when blank . I was up 205 . I purchased a 19.99 package I was playing the 3 buffaloes barrel. Don’t play this app. Reach out to customer support they keep asking for email I already provided. Wish it was a way I could report them. Have proof

Redemption

I have been playing for about 8 months. Smaller redemption process is easy and fast. I am waiting 3 weeks now for a larger redemption. I have sent all documents again and still get a generic response. I used to enjoy this game but now I frustrated with their customer service.

Love the promotions available and the games are fun good variety personally I enjoy the blackjack and roulette, though the support experience is lack luster and the redeem process could use more transparency it just says pending no updates or anything and it feels impossible to get a response on when you’ll be receiving it even if it was just a better way to track redeems and know where you are at in the process would recommend even give it 4-5 stars just not there yet
