Problems with sticker animations being exported. Problems with allowing access to all photos.
DON’T GET SUCKED INTO SUBSCRIPTION
I downloaded this app to post long videos on my story... without permission it had automatically subscribed me. 2 years later, I get an email that says I’ve been charged an X amount to my account. I check my email almost everyday and I just found out about it. It was a hassle to unsubscribe, I had to call Apple themselves just to make sure everything was cancelled. And about refunds... even if it’s “fraud” they’ll only refund you for the past 2 months. BE WARNED. Don’t download this app unless you know you want to subscribe to their premium app.

Was looking for an app to split my long videos and this is the best one I’ve found so far
App chargers different
The company description says 3 day trial and after 3 days you’ll be charged $1 per month when in fact when you’re in the app it says 3 day trial abs $5.99 per month after the trial ends.
Use to love it
Works great. Bought a one time lifetime purchase and now I can’t use it unless I pay $2.99/month. Worthless people.
I already paid!
I paid for this application and used it and it was good, now with an update they want more money to subscribe monthly!!
Videos take a minute to load
Good app, it’s great for cutting up my social content for IG stories. Only blah is it takes forever for the app to load up my album. The screen stays white for at least 45 seconds (and you can’t close out) before actually opening. I recommend the app, just know it’s not perfect.
New Update, Not Working
I love(d) this app. I went to use it just now and I noticed that they changed the app and added a bunch of new features which would be fine if the app still worked but now it does not. the app. And I am a paid subscriber. Every time I go to save it says “oops something went wrong”. So that’s extremely unfortunate. I hate when they just can’t leave well enough alone. The app used to work great. Now they’ve added these “features” and it doesn’t work.

This app stopped working
And I’m a paid subscriber. It’s up to date as far as updates. I think they changed the price and now aren’t letting me use it. So greedy

App used to work great, and for the $1 a month subscription, it wasn’t that bad. Now an error is thrown when attempting to download the video. App is useless now.
Disappointing!!
App won’t save more than two 15 second segments. Very aggravating and disappointing! Cant reach app support as their url is not working!
App doesn’t work right.
Dudes. Your app doesn’t even work. Have you bothered testing it at all? The last five times I’ve tried to use this for a 1:15 clip, what gets uploaded to Instagram is wrong. The first minute works fine, the last 15 second separate clip is missing some content. All you have to do is test your app in multiple scenarios and you can figure this out yourselves. Did your developers do any testing at all? It’s been this way for over a year. Do you want me to test for you?

Paid version doesn’t even work properly
Decided to go ahead and start the trial and it doesn’t even work?! It looks all fine and dandy on the app but once you save the video it messes up the clips! So what’s the point???
FALSE ADVERTISING!!
I’m all about paying for apps. I spend hundreds of bucks ea month on apps alone, for personal and biz use. However- I HATE these apps that falsely claim they’re “free”, get you to download it, then when you simply try out the simple features, it won’t let you save without bumping up your “plan” or asking you to BUY! Let us TRY BEFORE WE BUY! I guarantee you’d get ALOT more users this way, than being shady and straight lying to us from the get-go! Any app I come across that does this, immediately gets a 1* review and straight DELETE from me! There are entirely way too many other honest app developers in the App Store that does all the same functions, and then some & give you at least a trial first. Apple has got to get a handle on this soon. This is getting out of hand.

I just wanted to split ONE video for my story and I can’t even do that. Yes it’s cheap for people who have money, but what about the teens like me who don’t?
Zero functionality without paying
I am all for apps charging, but it’s really annoying when you download a free app from the App Store, and then that app has zero functionality unless you give a credit card number.
Sure there’s a three day free trial, but I need to enter a credit card number for the trial, before it will save anything.
I don’t want to enter a credit card the very first time I use an app. I have no idea who these people are. I want to use it a couple times, and then I’ll decide if these people are worthy of my credit card number.
So, no on this one.

Totally NOT Free
This app says it’s free, then within a few seconds of starting to split your first video, tells you you can try it free for 3 days, then pay $1/month. That may well be worth it... but why call this free when it’s not?
