Misleading - this is just a marketing ploy
I received an email today talking about the app and how the first thing you could do was 24/7 system monitoring and have access to your account manager.
In reality, this is just a referral app. The “monitoring” is logging into the sense app you already have as a customer. Very unhelpful and very misleading - no independent monitoring capabilities at all.
