Thinking about recovery time now

I used to only track effort, now I actually think about the recovery time surrounding it too.

Best

Less managing, more using

Less time managing trackers means more time actually using the information they give me!

Habits paired with real health data

Pairing habits with my other health data made them feel like they actually matter, not just boxes to check.

Useful app

I like this app for tracking my daily habits. I’ve tried many similar apps in the past, but this one is very easy to navigate and simple to use. I’m not using the chats to their full potential yet, so that’s something I still need to figure out.

Longy

Depth available without daily pressure

There's enough depth here to dig in when I want, but I don't have to analyze everything every single day.

The nutrition score simplifies everything

Having a single nutrition score instead of a dashboard full of numbers is exactly the simplification I needed.

Fine!

Combined data within minutes

The smooth sync process meant I was seeing combined data within the first few minutes of setup.

No more googling health questions

I stopped googling health questions because the AI here already knows my situation.

Onboarding that actually listened

The setup process felt like it was actually listening, unlike other apps that give everyone the same starter plan.

Questions that shaped my plan

Instead of a one-size-fits-all plan, the initial questions actually shaped something specific to me.

Sleep stopped being ignored

I didn't realize how little I prioritized sleep until this app kept putting it in front of me.

Making small habits much easier

I've been trying to build a few better habits and this has been surprisingly helpful

The biggest problem for me was remembering to actually do them

Having them show up as part of my daily plan makes them much harder to ignore

Nothing revolutionary, but somehow I'm much more consistent with the little things now

Cool!

My food log finally stuck because logging stopped feeling like a chore thanks to the photo option.

No five minutes required to log

I don't have five minutes to log a meal properly most days, and this app doesn't require that I do.

Three fewer apps on my phone

My phone has three fewer health apps (fat secret, apple health, EMIAS) on it now and my routine is somehow easier to manage

Recovery makes me reconsider hard days

I didn't used to think twice about pushing hard on tired days, now the recovery view makes me reconsider.

The nutrition score is helpful

I like having a simple score for my nutrition instead of looking at a huge list of numbers
It gives me a quick idea of how I'm doing and then I can look into the details if I want
Much easier than trying to figure everything out myself

Meal logging is actually fast

I've never been very good at tracking food because I always found it too time-consuming
With the photo logging I can just take a picture of my meal and keep going
It takes way less effort than what I was doing before, so I've actually been using it regularly

One place for my morning check

My morning routine used to involve opening my watch app, checking sleep, then checking my workout app

Now I mostly just open Longy

I can see how I slept, what's on my plan and what I need to focus on that day

Much cleaner

Finally getting my routine together

I've mostly been using Longy to get my routine under control

My workouts were in one place, food somewhere else and my wearable data somewhere else

It was all technically being tracked but I didn't really have a clear picture of anything

Now I can just open one app and see what's going on

Much easier
