UPDATE; SCAMMMMMM
The app isn’t working. I asked for a refund. They asked me to tell them what the issue was and i did. I sent them a screen recording and they asked me again what was the issue. They’ve also asked me to jump on a call??? Like what? No I shouldn’t have to waste my time. So DO NOT BOTHER with this app.

Hey, Thank you for sharing your feedback. After requesting the images to help us investigate, you replied, “Here are some photos. They’re from a digital camera. I'm not sure if they're attaching correctly to this email since I am sending them from my phone.” Without fully attached images or clear details about the issue, we’re limited in how effectively we can assist. If images aren't getting added to your email and our app - possibly an issue with the image? Still, to avoid miscommunication and ensure we had all the necessary information, we suggested a quick call (or even an option to share it over drive). This would have allowed us to troubleshoot directly and address any issues faster. Thank you for your understanding, and please let us know if there’s anything more we can do to support you
