Doesn’t like face recognition logging in
Not happy when you keep having to get new passwords just to login all the time
They don’t reply to emails
It’s a shame they won’t answer emails,I emailed them about a week ago about an order and still waiting on an answer

Every time you look at an item, and then go back to the search, it takes you back to the start and you have to start scrolling from the beginning.

Very easy and to use. The search function is good and checkout process is straight forward. Great app.
Updated site is awful
The login page clutches three or four times before letting me put my password in, which it usually declines for the first one or two attempts, and when I do finally get in it is slow to do anything except shop. Quicker to open my laptop and use the web page... useless app.
