Login and account creation problems persist
There appears to be a problem with email verification. If you sign up through the app, it doesn’t send an email verification. Without verifying your email, you cannot log in. If you sign up via their website, you should get the email verification.
Look road pedals
Can’t even get into app to try sync the pedals and I own a bike shop. Sending them back to the supplier.
Can not log in to app
Same thing as reviews below. New pedals and cannot log in to app. Expensive frustration. Does anyone know how to get this resolved?

Cannot Log-in
Pedals function as most Look pedals do, however the app is not letting me log in. Tried resetting password, still not working. I’ve also tried a different email, but the same result.

Account für Pedale???
Wieso muss ich einen Account anlegen, um die App mit den Pedalen zu verbinden??? Diese Datensammelei ist einfach widerlich. Zum Glück hab ich die App heruntergeladen, bevor ich die Pedale gekauft hätte. Sogar Shimano stellt es dem Nutzer frei, für die Verwaltung seiner elektronischen Schaltung einen Account anzulegen oder nicht. Nutzen kann man sie auch ohne. Aber nicht bei Look! Hier ist es Zwang! Fazit: ihr habt soeben einen potentiellen Käufer verloren.

Imagine paying $1000 for pedals and not being able to use them because they can’t code an app let let’s you sign in before crashing. TERRIBLE
New power pedals but not communicating
So I just bought my pedals and had it installed by the dealer. I got home and downloaded the app. I was super excited to get it connected and get it working. I have now tried to connect it 9x and still not connecting. Argh!!! I have been using Look pedals for many years and have been happy with them and then this happens. I hope I can get it resolved ASAP! Definitely not what I was expecting from this company.
